Adventure Awaits!
There’s something so empowering about climbing, especially being introduced to the sport at a young age.
Not only do you build confidence, you learn respect for nature in it’s awe-inspiring creations, you discover a community that will support you in your most challenging days, and - probably most important of all - you find that chance to be.
Growing our youth programs, we were back and forth about offering summer camps our first summer. Of course it would be easier to wait, but we didn’t build this to take the easy path. Seeing how proud our kiddos were of themselves when they reached the top of the climbs on family night… the decision was made for me. We’re going for it - and we’re going to do it right.
This summer you’ll find a collective mix, not just from our dedicated and incredibly creative youth team, but from our programs as well. From the relationship building focus of Camp Kanata to the creative programming at Durham Academy’s Extended Day Program - we’re combining the Triangle’s best at the Boulder Garden. It’s going to be safe, fun, and different. We’re building exciting partnerships with local businesses in our neighborhood to immerse our camp into a variety of hobbies: baking, fencing, art, gardening, yoga, and climbing - of course!
What an adventure this will be :)
